MATHODOLOGY FOR REPAIRS
If you have identified the repairs to be of this type (see pictures below), then YOU HAVE TO USE THE PATCHMATE carry out the repairs.
Deep Pothole
Clearly mark the Pothole Area
STEP-1
CLEAN THE SURFACE USING A BROOM/WIRE BRUSH TO ENSURE THE AREA UNDER REPAIR IS DUST OR SOIL FREE.
STEP-2
Use a shovel and a hard broom to remove all loose material and dust from the repair area. If the pothole is deeper than around 40/50 mm then the successive layer can be filled with 25/50 mm ballast. This proprietary combination of PATCHMATE accounts to more then 40% saving on POTHOLE repairing compered to conventionally used brands.
STEP-3
Open the PATCHMATE bag material and lay evenly slightly CORN on the surface. Slightly tamp the surface. Traffic may be open for self leveling of the surface. PATCHMATE does not stick to the tyre. Within few minutes the area will turn into a uniform silky smooth road surface.
